Hello there.

I’m a 37 year old woman who has been learning about and researching the primal lifestyle for the better part of two years. I wish I could say that I’ve experienced all of these amazing changes in my life, but that would require commitment. 🙂

So, I’m conducting an experiment. I love running. I love being active. I love health and nutrition. So, I’m going to commit myself to the primal lifestyle – for the most part as outlined by Mark Sisson (you can check out more at Mark’s Daily Apple).

I’m also very interested in Endurance sports. I’ve been a runner in the past (recreationally, nothing impressive). I picked up two books recently on endurance training – one by Phil Maffetone and one by Mark Sisson.

So, I’m going to do this. I’m going to chronicle my experience only in the case that it might help someone else. Hope you enjoy this.
